Role models are important; they inspire, spark change, encourage us to go for what we want in life, help us overcome our obstacles and celebrate being true to yourself.
Being true to yourself and really celebrating who you are is a challenge that a lot of us face daily. It’s so easy to praise others for the work they do, the adventures they’ve had and how they live their life, and sometimes difficult to take to the time to do that for yourself. That’s why having a role model in your life, whether it’s a celebrity, colleague, family member of friend is important – they remind you to shine a light on yourself.
